Research direction

Start with the instructions for cluster labs 2 and 4 and reproduce the package-missing failures using the ML checkbox and recent cluster runtimes. Compare the documented runtime requirement with current Azure Databricks updates, then update the instructions so both the MLFlow and AutoML labs complete successfully.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

The instructions mention using a version of cluster runtime above a given one, and so in the most recent versions, the packages automl, and mlflow are not working as expected, resulting in the labs failing with package missing error (clusters are created using the ML checkbox checked, tried multiple runtimes even the earliest ones but the instruction is outdated) - needs to be checked and updated with respect to the ADB recent updates
