Research direction

The issue names no files or tests. Start by reproducing coeffs(Polynomial(0)) on the affected Polynomials.jl versions and inspect the implementation and existing tests for zero polynomials. Done means determining the intended result and documenting or testing consistent behavior across versions.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

I'm not sure if this is an intended change, will update the thread if I get more ideas on how the behavior gets affected.
