Research direction

Start by reading the app’s workout planning and exercise selection flows; the issue does not name files or tests. Define how a locally run LLM would gather user needs, generate a seven day plan, and support adding or removing workouts while accounting for other sports. Done means users can create and adjust such a plan on their phone.

Description

enhancement

Hi so the app is great and sometimes there are way too many exercise it gets hard to put each one accordingly into a plan, so if a small llm is introduced and can run on the phone locally it could build a good workout plan, after explaining how you need it and what your needs are it can then build a 7 day plan and you can add and minus the workouts needed,
Another is you can add only one at a time like strength only not calisthenics, shadow boxing and sometimes if you have other sports to go with it, it will get tiring if you do sports and workout together.
Overall a phenomenal app only add these, hope it comes out soon.
Thankyou
