Research direction

The bug is in the Quantum ESPRESSO Theory Details dialog, built in qetheory.py, which does not scroll inside EccePanel the way the codereg dialogs described in #189 should. Read docs/claude/wx-viewer/windows-fit-small-screens-via-fittodisplay.md, then compare qetheory.py with a Details dialog that already scrolls. Done means the dialog fits a small display or scrolls within EccePanel, and tests/apps/smallscreen_test.py passes for it.

Description

Found 2026-10-15 on niobium (Linux, test-912 build). With the DFT+U and dispersion boxes added, the QE Theory Details dialog does not fit on the screen, and it cannot be resized. Codereg dialogs should scroll inside EccePanel when their content is taller than the display (#189, docs/claude/wx-viewer/windows-fit-small-screens-via-fittodisplay.md). Check why qetheory.py escapes that, and whether other long Details dialogs do too (tests/apps/smallscreen_test.py). Not release-critical for 9.2.0.
