Research direction

The crop ratio selector overflows on small screens with non-English locales. Find the edit image screen layout (likely in res/layout or a Jetpack Compose file) that contains the crop ratio selector. Adjust the layout to wrap content, use horizontal scrolling, or constrain width so it fits smaller screens. Verify by switching the device language to Serbian and testing on a small-screen emulator.

Android 11

Affected device model

Samsung Galaxy A40

How did you install the app?

Steps to reproduce the bug

This seems to be reproducible only on devices with smaller resolution and non-English system language.
In my case, screen resolution is 1080x2340 px and language is Serbian.

  1. Go to Settings, uncheck "Use English language"
  2. Open any image
  3. Tap the "Edit" button
Expected behavior

On-screen controls fit screen size or are scrollable

Actual behavior

On-screen controls overflow and are cut (see screenshot 1). For me, it only happens in portrait orientation, when I rotate my phone, it looks fine (see screenshot 2).
