Research direction

Start by reviewing how the existing coral-fade and copper-fade flags work and how dried_ghast hydration changes over time. Define the flag's expected behavior so the block state remains unchanged without water, then verify that the flag can be configured and prevents the sad-face transition.

Description

status:pending type:feature-request
The Problem

A dried_ghast block change his hydration level. With a debug-stick i can make it happy. But the block always changed his face sad after a few minutes, if there is no water. So the block never looks really happy. That situation makes me sad too.

A Solution

It would be fantastic if there was a flag for the dried ghast block. That the state of the block would remain unchanged, similar to coral-fade or copper-fade.
