Research direction

Start by locating the existing Fenris-removal fix in the BugFix repository and trace how related console-facing behavior is registered. Add a manually invoked action that restores Fenris to his throne room while remaining inactive otherwise. Done means players who encountered the old bug can restore Fenris explicitly without changing the existing prevention fix.

Description

This mod already contains the bugfix that fixes the issue that Fenris is sometimes removed from his throne room. However, if a player encountered this bug before they installed this mod, it won't put Fenris back, the fix only makes sure that Fenris won't be removed again.

Suggestion: Add a bit of code so that a player could manually put Fenris back using the console. This code would be inactive unless explicitly called from the console.
