Research direction

The issue names no files, components or existing i18n mechanism, so first find where the PC console and mobile app render their UI strings and whether any translation setup already exists. Settle how keys and the language switch will be structured before adding a Chinese resource pack. Done means that English stays the default, Chinese can be selected on both the PC console and the mobile app, and the switch persists.

Description

Hi developers,
I hope OpenBot can add Chinese localization support for both PC and mobile UI.
Many Chinese students and developers are using this project for robotics learning. A Chinese UI will lower the learning barrier for new users.
Expected features:
Add Chinese language resource pack
Support Chinese language switch on PC console
Support Chinese UI on mobile app
Keep English as default, allow switching between languages.
Thanks a lot for your great work!
