Done means the forked chat initially shows the same context size as the original and does not report 0 during the initial command.

Reproduction steps
- Have a chat with a model
- Fork the chat with "/fork"
- See that the new chat hat a context size of 0
- If you e.g. also switch to a model with a smaller context size on the fork, you see may see that it is auto-compacting after the initial command, but untill the command is inished, the context stays at 0
