Description

Child of #348, split from PR #369 so the delivered parts can be reviewed and land. Every remaining #348 criterion is preserved here; #348 stays open until this is done.

Remaining outcomes:

  1. AC-2, map-thought and cited-message cards. Messages cannot reference a map thought or another message today (native references are tasks, decisions and results). Needed:
    • a contract change (reference kinds thought and message, with access checks against the referenced project or thread);
    • the cards themselves (kind glyph, title, one-line context, opens the target, 44 px on coarse pointers, tokens and dark mode).
  2. AC-1, file detail segment. Pages, rows or duration for files. The server does not record these metadata yet, so they need extraction at upload plus a migration. Actual voice playback is also unverified.
  3. AC-3, offline photo decode of the LOCAL UNSENT photo. The gate is a local, unsent photo in a pending message marked "Sends when you're back": select a valid photo while online, go offline, submit; while that pending tile waits, its local image must decode and render (naturalWidth > 0 or decode() resolves on the image element; a blob: element or the waiting label alone does not pass). Then reconnect and require the message to persist exactly once with its photo. This is not the sent-photo flow: a sent photo that still decodes offline is a different check. Stored-photo caching may be added as extra evidence but does not replace this gate. The current maintained offline check covers the wording and alignment only.
  4. AC-5, full-screen viewer and acceptance. Preserve the original #348 AC-5 unchanged: the full-screen viewer is always dark, with Reply, Create task, Save and Share. Native Share and complete Save/Share behavior remain required and unverified, alongside a fresh neutral visual assessment of the complete attachment surfaces in light and dark on phone and desktop. The scoped Wiki-card visual pass does not complete this item.
  5. AC-2, actual link descriptions. A link preview's third line is currently the address (hostname and path), read from the URL alone with no page fetched; the page's own description is not shown. Needed: an independently accepted, privacy-safe way to obtain the description (who fetches, what is stored, what leaves the reader's browser or the server), then the preview, evidence that a real description renders in three lines and not an address echo, and a negative control. The delivered three-line address-fallback layout does not satisfy this outcome.

Acceptance: each item verified in Docker (Chromium and WebKit) with a negative control, as in #348.
