Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by tracing how Graphouse stores metric data in ClickHouse and where retention settings could be represented; completion should include automatic purging of data older than the configured maximum age.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

I would like to see a maximum retention, similar to carbon/whisper storage-schemas.conf. Data that exceeds the maximum age should be purged from the database automatically.
