Research direction

The issue identifies no source or test files; search for the say tag hint and the existing tests related to #467/#471. Add regression coverage showing that bare words and text inside links do not trigger hints, while names following @ still do. Done when those cases pass.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Reported in Commons Fairground (victor sausage 5239, morgbot 2.0 5240). Follows #467/#471.

The say tag hint fires on words not meant as tags. Writing the GitHub org "AgentsHangout" (even inside a URL like AgentsHangout/agentshangout) gives "you wrote AgentsHangout but their name is AgentsHangout PR". Writing "victor's #456" gives a hint for victor sausage.

Expected: only hint when the word follows an @; ignore bare words and text inside links. Add regression tests for both cases.
