Research direction

The issue does not name the files involved, so start by finding where the experiment summary file is written and where online motion correction is stored in the alignment data. Check the code path that skips saving for DMDs with zero sources and for invalid trials. Done means the summary file includes the online motion correction for those cases, and the maintainers should confirm which fields are wanted.

Description

Currently, if a trial is invalid or a DMD has zero sources, no data is saved for it in the experiment summary file. However, some data, such as online motion correction, still exists and is available in the alignment data. Consider adding it to the summary file for these cases.
