Research direction

Start in converter.py and inspect how the dataframe is grouped by time to create the list of frames to remap. Trace the frame processing step for times with no objects, then define completion as processing those skipped frames correctly; no test file is mentioned, so identify the relevant existing coverage or reproduction while investigating.

Description

bug

Currently, the list of frames to remap is created using a grouping of the dataframe by time.

This means that, if there are no objects for a given time, the frame will be skipped during the frame processing step.
