Research direction
Start by tracing the Settings sidebar’s Organization links and the /m Settings page’s handling of the ?tab=billing query when billing is disabled (NEXT_PUBLIC_AGENTA_BILLING_ENABLED=false). Compare the Usage link and fallback behavior across the reported versions if relevant. Done when Usage is either hidden with billing off or opens a usable page without billing, and the behavior is covered by an appropriate test.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
Description
On a deployment where billing is turned off (NEXT_PUBLIC_AGENTA_BILLING_ENABLED=false, EE edition), the Settings sidebar in /m still lists Usage under Organization. When I click it, I expect a usage page. Instead the page shows AI providers, and the URL keeps ?tab=billing.
Steps (seen on staging, v0.122.3, which runs with billing off):
- Sign in on
/mand open Settings. - Click Usage in the Organization group.
- The AI providers page opens.
The same link opened Preferences in v0.122.2, so this is not new in v0.122.3; only the fallback page changed. Either the link should not be listed when billing is off, or it should open a page that works without billing.
