Research direction

Start by reading 12-check-unit-tests.yml and locating the run-web-unit-tests job; the issue says the mobile suite is at web/mobile/tests/unit. Check how that job runs the existing web unit tests, then add the mobile suite there. Done when CI runs the mobile Vitest suite and its tests are included in the job.

Description

What happens

No workflow runs the `@agenta/mobile` vitest suite (`web/mobile/tests/unit`). Two tests went stale without anyone noticing. #7286 removed the "Agent apps" preference row, and #7242 added a `project_id` query parameter to the permission check. Both PRs merged green, and #7321 updated the tests during v0.121.8 release QA.

Proposal

Add the mobile unit tests to `run-web-unit-tests` in `12-check-unit-tests.yml`. Today the suite runs in under a minute: 62 files, 370 tests.
