Description

bsa
  • B_GIC_02 covers both GICv2 and GICv3 valid configurations, but test 202 only checks GICv2 and skips GICv3.
  • Although B_GIC_03 test can cover B_GIC_02, it should still not replace the GICv3 coverage required by B_GIC_02. Now that ACS provides rule-based testing, each rule test should provide complete coverage of the corresponding rule rather than relying on a test for another rule to cover part of its requirements. This is also important as B_GIC_02 may be expanded to cover newer GIC versions.
  • Note that this does not mean B_GIC_03 is redundant, since it additionally mandates LPI support.
