判定逻辑在 jdt_build.rs (line 280)，由 JDT 的 BuildWorkspaceStatus = WITH_ERROR 得到；recovery=none 见 jdt_build.rs (line 233)（只有 Failed 才给 rebuildJavaIndex，所以界面上只有“继续/取消”，没有重建索引）。
Proposed solution / 建议方案
IDE 侧（产品缺陷，建议提给 Lithe）：缺失 mainClass 时应走“重新生成/提示配置过期”，而不是抛这句会误导人的终态错误；previous_java_entrypoints 也不该对裸条目直接跳过，否则过期文档无法自愈。
