Idea
Deprecate the @faustwp/block-editor-utils package.
Reasoning
The package depends on several @wordpress/* packages, so it needs frequent major upgrades and security updates. Usage is low (about 650 npm downloads last month), and WordPress's own @wordpress/create-block tooling covers the same need. @faustwp/blocks and faust blockset aren't affected.

If agreed, follow the #2019 process:
- Final release, then archive the code and docs on the existing
archive/block-editor-utilsbranch - Remove the package from
canary, along with its docs page (with a redirect) and its use inexamples/next/block-support - Run
npm deprecatepointing to the archive branch
