Start by reproducing the videoUploading sample from the linked URLs in Firefox 144 and Edge 141, including refreshes and background-tab loading. Trace the videoUploading entry point and the play() call that produces the unhandled rejection; done means the sample loads without that rejection in the reported scenarios while continuing to work after navigation.

- But the example works

- example works (until you refresh the page)
