Start by reproducing the report: install @volcengine/ark-plan-api through the plugin feature in dsh 0.2.0-rc.2 desktop, then check Settings > Models for the Ark provider. Work out whether the plugin registers its provider at install time and whether the desktop host reads that registration. Done means the Ark provider appears in Settings > Models after installing the plugin.
