Start by reviewing the xbps command structure and the Arch Linux arch-audit and FreeBSD pkg audit references linked in the issue. Clarify the vulnerability data source, package matching behavior, and expected output before implementation. Done means an audit subcommand can list installed packages affected by CVEs, with tests covering its behavior.

It would be great to be able to easily list packages concerned by CVEs.
