Start with app/api/integrations/mobilemed/report/workflow/route.ts to understand the existing workflow, then inspect app/api/calculate/route.ts and app/api/calculate/engine.ts for batch processing. Check notify.ts for submission details. Done means the flow loads the specified exam range and doctor filters, processes the batch, creates a summary, and submits it.

I've already setup vercel workflow successfully (app\api\integrations\mobilemed\report\workflow\route.ts)
Now let's expand the flow to:
- Load exams from API
