Create .eclipse/.copilot-plugin only in projects that use Vaadin

描述
Right now, it seems like .eclipse/.copilot-plugin is created in every Eclipse project that you touch if you have the Eclipse plugin installed. This leads to a whole bunch of noise in .gitignore files.
Could it instead be added only for projects that have e.g. flow-server as a dependency?
As an additional remark, the naming is confusing there since there's nothing to indicate that this would be created for Vaadin Copilot rather than e.g. GitHub Copilot.
