All your four DoH bootstrap server, Cloudflare, Google, OpenDNS (cisco) and Quad9 are blocked in China with TCP port 443 packet dropping, effectively blocking the whole app. Please see
Please leave plaintext DNS as fallback (your service domain names (api.bringyour.com...) are not yet poisoned) or add not yet blocked provider like Yandex (77.88.8.1).
