Feature request - Add method that generates the shell script

Start by reviewing the Python configuration objects that generate MARTe2 configuration files and determine where generated runtime artifacts could be exposed. Define the expected shell-script behavior for LD_LIBRARY_PATH, optional state-machine startup, and the HTTP server, including how URLs and startup instructions are represented. Done means the generated output provides a usable script and clear comments for these runtime steps.

In order to run MARte with the generated cfg file a shell script is required that puts all of the needed GAM/Datasource build directories in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. This script will possibly refer to a state machine and possibly start an HTTP server. The python configuration objects could generate this script, including comments on how to start it, what url(s) the http server are at, etc...
