This task is open for discussion. Truflation is a TSN data provider. However, to be able to quickly test if everything is working with new TSN code, it might be good to include Truflation data provider tools in the bootstrap process during the DEV environment (not on STAGING nor on PROD)
To fulfill this, after the daily push tool from tsn-data-provider is dockerized, we should incorporate in our CI DEV stack:
- getting permission to get the image from ECR
- pulling the image in the startup script
- setting a systemd service that manages it
