调研方向
Start with the linked Floating UI tutorial, then inspect the SVGcode interface to determine which controls need tooltips. The issue does not identify target elements, files, tests, or expected wording, so confirm the scope with maintainers before implementation. Done should mean the agreed controls display the intended tooltips.
