Reproduce the issue in Chrome through System->Video Settings by selecting H.264 and saving, then compare the resulting stream with the expected codec. Review the linked logs at logs.tinypilotkvm.com/0JGwW0fg and trace the video-settings flow to determine why the stream falls back to MJPEG. Done means selecting H.264 starts an H.264 stream instead.

After updating the video settings to H.262, expected the video stream to start using H.262. Instead, it falls back to MJPEG
