Dear ProactiveAgent / thunlp team,
I found your work on ProactiveAgent — LLM-based agents that predict and initiate tasks proactively — very relevant to the proactive dialogue systems I build in financial customer service.
I'm an algorithm engineer at a major Chinese fintech company, working on:
- Proactive dialogue systems for customer service and financial advisory
- LLM-based intent prediction and quality inspection at scale
- Fine-tuning and deploying LLM agents in production environments
What I can offer:
- Real-world Chinese financial customer service dialogues with intent and action annotations
- Engineering expertise in agent system training, deployment, and optimization
- Industry compute resources and infrastructure
