Per https://github.com/thunderbird/platform-infrastructure/issues/1225
TL;DR: Replace the mail.thundermail.com CNAME with A records on static IPs, as RFC 2181 and RFC 5321 require for an MX host, on stage first and then prod.
- We will need to file another issue for getting rid of the CNAMEs altogether once #1225 is implemented.
