Summary
Add markdown-defined commands and markdown-defined skills to TinyClaw, leveraging Terraphim’s existing frontmatter/command parsing patterns.
Extend Existing Terraphim Functionality
- Reuse Terraphim markdown frontmatter parsing/runtime patterns.
- Adjust existing Terraphim crate boundaries/features if needed.
- Avoid new one-off TinyClaw-only parser implementations.

- Format and metadata are documented with examples.
- Tests cover parse failures, validation, and execution happy paths.
