Current Situation:
For product images such as hive or opa we copy the respective license into the license folder.
For third party binaries such as tini those licenses aren't in the licenses folder at this moment: https://github.com/stackabletech/docker-images/tree/main/airflow/licenses
Wanted Situation:
We want all relevant licenses in the liceses/ folder and copy them into our product image.
