The payload names no file, so start by locating the Helm chart's values file and deployment template in the repository. Add database settings to the values, with the password and storage encryption key read from a Secret, and add a generic way to pass extra environment variables. Done means the rendered chart sets DATABASE_* and STORAGE_ENCRYPTION_KEY from those values, and the extra variables pass through. Ask the maintainers which variable names and Secret layout they want before you start.
