Start with the remaining unchecked slices: GenApp lgicdb01's SQL-fault seam and GenApp lgsetup's translator packing before a past-FROM read. Read run report 6072-20261028T0942Z and PR #6836 for the blocked outcomes, then inspect the relevant harness and translator entry points they identify. Run proof_sweep --det-only --faults all on the burned estates; done means the blocked outcomes rerun successfully.

描述
Follow-on to #6271 (closed 2026-10-27, all six slices merged). The ladder (#6072) re-measures on 2026-10-28 found the remaining CBSA and GenApp outcomes blocked by harness or translator gaps, not by missing scenarios. Owner 2026-10-28: this issue joins melek's focus.
Each item is one PR-sized slice. Burned estates only. Each slice ends with the blocked outcomes it unblocks re-run (proof_sweep --det-only --faults all).
