Start with clang_callgraph.py and compare its call-graph edges against libclang for the three listed cases: dead preprocessor branches, macro-body calls, and header-defined static inline functions. The issue gives disagreement counts and example projects and headers; first decide whether macro expansion should be supported or documented as a limit. Done means the disagreements are resolved or the limitation is documented, and the puredoom call-graph check for #6266 can pass.

Siblings of #5630 (PR #6769 triage of the 78 clean-file disagreements; DOOM-rosetta needs these to pass the call-graph check, #6266).
- Dead preprocessor branches:
calls_out_toreads#if 0and never-defined#if defined(X)text (27 engine-only edges on puredoom). Different mechanism from closed #2814. - Macro-body calls attributed to no caller (37 edges: puredoom 34, inter-doom
stbiw__sbgrow3). Decide: expand at use site, or accept as a documented limit. - Reference blind spot: libclang reference lists no edges for
static inlinefunctions defined in headers (14 edges in nugget-doom, woof, doomretro;p_saveg.h,m_array.h). Fix inclang_callgraph.py.
Burned-estate need: puredoom call-graph check (#6266).
