db2 4/6 failed and then passed on a rerun of the same run 2 time(s) in the last 14 days (failed again: 0); first-attempt causes (ci_rerun_stats): registry_pull 2. The CI shepherd now reruns its first failure once instead of calling it real. Find the nondeterminism (timing under load, ordering, network, registry) and close this when the job stops needing reruns.
