Start by reviewing DefaultEventLoop and the context in issue #1205, then trace how reactor is used by the shell's core module in interactive and non-interactive modes. Done would mean a decided, streamlined core design with the reactor dependency removed, if that investigation confirms it is unnecessary.

描述
I could not find detailed context about this decision, but I see no added value of using reactor in the context of shell applications (both in interactive and non interactive modes, with all the complexity currently in DefaultEventLoop). Might be related to #1205 as well.
I would argue to remove this dependency for a more streamlined core module.
