These two PRs got closed as a result of changing the default branch of this repository in https://github.com/sourcegraph/scip-ruby/issues/267 to a newer branch (so that we benefit from 2+ years of changes in upstream Sorbet)
We should review these two PRs, rebase them onto the new master branch, and merge them.
