0.8.5 and 0.9.3 shipped ios/PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy (telemetry + FileTimestamp C617.1) via resource_bundles; the 0.10 rewrite dropped it. 0.10.x, 0.11.0 and the 1.0 nightly archives contain no RNE manifest.
