Start by checking whether the DataTable block is defined in this SDK or in Slack's Block Kit API, since the request may belong upstream. Done would be a maintainer decision on where the column-width setting belongs, plus a concrete proposed API shape. Nothing in the payload shows how to implement it.

First - sorry for this likely being the wrong place to submit this feedback. Please reroute me to the right location!
This feature request is for the DataTable block to be capable of similar column width settings as the Table block. The DataTable is a much better experience for users with the exception of columns wrapping / having automatically sized columns that don't match their content appropriately.
