Work out how child nodes, counters, and Configuration relationships are represented before defining the query. Done means one call can return the requested data per expanded node, large packages can be paginated, and the contract covers Configuration trees.

Context
The VS Code front end for syscribe is being built around product line engineering (PLE). It uses syscribe lsp and the CLI today. The extension is deliberately a thin LSP client (ADR-SYS-LSP-001: standard LSP methods only), so anything that is not VS Code UI belongs in the server or the CLI where every editor benefits.
A single query returning the direct children of a node with type, id, status and counters (derived children, verifying tests, errors), so tree views do not walk the directory or run one command per node. Include a Configuration tree following derivedFrom: and subConfigurations:.
Acceptance
- One call per expanded node; paginated for large packages; in the JSON contract.
