描述

MarkdownReader.ToNfd (MarkdownReader.cs:909, on main) throws ArgumentException on a noncharacter such as U+FFFE when NormalizeText is on. Reachable from FieldWorks Markdown input and, through the record reader, from note: "a\uFFFEb" or a raw U+FFFE in a record body. The reader must never throw: keep the noncharacter (or replace it) and report a finding. Add a fuzz case. Found in the re-review of PR #147 (H:\work\gdr-design-20261102\reports\te-review-record-frame.md).
