Upstream https://github.com/shmuelie/powershell-modules/issues/368: add navigation between existing local repositories by name, with owner/organization qualification and an explicit repository-root override or SOURCE_REPOS fallback.
Track the equivalent capability in the bash port once the upstream contract is finalized. Preserve unambiguous resolution and documented worktree selection; missing or ambiguous targets must leave the current directory unchanged. Navigation and completion must remain local and must not implicitly clone, fetch, pull, switch branches, or create worktrees. Include help and deterministic tests appropriate to the port.
