Use case description
AWS Lambda now lets you send function logs directly to Amazon S3 or Kinesis Data Firehose, reducing reliance on CloudWatch Logs and cutting cost.

CloudFormation has added a new LoggingConfig property to the AWS::Lambda::Function resource, but Serverless Framework does not yet expose this in its function-level configuration.
Proposed solution (optional)
Add a top-level loggingConfig option under each function in serverless.yml, for example:
