Two tests fail sometimes in CI:
test_future.py::test_on_done_called_after_cancel: the query can complete beforecancel()runs, socancelled()isFalse.test_paging.py::test_fetch_next_page_twice_returns_the_same_rows: two fetches of the same page return the same rows, but the paging state bytes can differ.
