Add support for single-table data source when creating performance definition

从 model_manager.create_performance_definition() 开始，跟踪 request 当前如何填充 dataPrefix。支持单个表名，同时保留 prefix_sequence_time_model 的命名限制，并改为填充 dataTable；验证生成的 request 使用了预期的参数。

描述
Instead of specifying a table prefix when calling model_manager.create_performance_definition() allow a single table name to be passed.
Should still following restrictions on table naming (prefix_sequence_time_model). Populate dataTable parameter in request instead of dataPrefix
