[Bug] Settings suppressed by Shut-Up! feature is not recovering automatically and in "Notify" mode the notification for restoring the same is not coming even after set time.

Device: LG G8X, Indian Variant
Operating System: Android 12
API: 31
Issue:
I have enabled "Shut-Up!" feature for few apps (including banking apps).
Essentials generated the shortcut for the same.
Upon clicking on shortcut, accessibility and developer options are turning off (as expected).
Sometimes, all settings revert while the app is opening causing the app to crash.
Further, if I am able to keep settings suppressed and complete my work, upon exiting, settings are not reverting to normal state, i.e. they stay suppressed, even after the set time expires.
I have to manually go to settings and revert all of them one by one.
However, QS tile for toggling developer mode works after the set time expires after closing the silenced app.
All notifications (SS attached) are enabled and I have tried both auto and manual restoring features, but neither of them worked.
