描述
Each map collection type normally comes with a set type based on it. In std HashMap comes with HashSet, BTreeMap comes with BTreeSet. In this library, IndexMap comes with IndexSet.
LinearMap, however, stands out -- it doesn't have a corresponding LinearSet. Yet it could -- inline arrays are competitive for small sets due to lack of hashing.
I can submit a PR to implement LinearSet if you think adding that is a good idea.
