Reproduce per the attached video: type Chinese in Safari's address bar, then click Google's search field and watch the IME revert to English despite the 'Restore previously used one' setting. Start from the settings code that implements that option, then trace the code path that decides which input source to restore when focus moves between fields (a focus/activation observer). Done when focus changes within Safari keep the previously used input source; consider whether macOS 26.4.1 changed the underlying notifications.

您好，非常感谢您创作了这个app，太实用了。我最近有遇到一个应该是Bug的情况：在视频中，我在address bar用中文输入搜索词，加载出google后，但再次点击google的输入框时输入法自动切换到了英语。在设置中，我的默认选项是“Restore previously used one"，而且在视频中我并没有离开Safari或者切换app，所以输入法理应仍然保持是中文。这好像是最近不知多久钱出现的现象，几个月前应该还没有遇到过。如果有需要提供其他信息，请告诉我，谢谢！
